Where Did the Time Go???

Everyday I look at the calendar and think, "the wedding can't be that soon?!?!" It is truly amazing at how quickly this year has flown by.

A few weeks ago, my bridesmaids took me to Las Vegas for my bachelorette party! Some might say it is clique... but I adore Vegas! I love the heat, the people watching, the fact that you never have a clue what time it is, I just love it! The first night we ventured out to Aureole, a fantastic American restaurant with a sky high wine cellar in the middle of the stair case.

But Saturday night was my absolute favorite! The girls took me to Mario Batali's new steakhouse, Carnevino, in the Venitian. The filet mignon was to die for! Can you say marscapone spread!?! :)

Last weekend Mike's parents invited us over for dinner and gave us a few wedding gifts. We had a great evening relaxing and catching up. Kathy not only surprised me with birthday ice cream & presents, she also lent me her mother's vintage purse to use as my 'something borrowed'. She knows me well, I am LOVE vintage :)
