Weddings Galore!

Take a seat, this is going to be a long one...

We had yet another busy weekend, this weekend... I guess I should be use to it by now, but I'm not. On Friday night we made a special trip downtown to look at restaurants for the rehearsal dinner. One in particular caught our eye, Cafe Pinot. The outdoor patio has a garden feel. It is set amongst fragrant rose bushes, trees with twinkling lights and beautiful fountains. It isn't until you look up, that you will see the striking skyline and remember that you are in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.



On Saturday Mike & I attended our second wedding of the season. Our friends Matt & Julie were married at the grooms' family's' estate in Shadow Hills. It was the largest wedding either or us had attended, over 300 people. I love attending a big event... however when it comes to our own 'intimacy' is key!





Sunday was a special day of visiting and pampering for me. I joined Cindy, my future sister-in-law, for lunch and relaxation at the Burke Williams Spa in Pasadena. We enjoyed chatting together over our signature salads and indulging in fabulous facials! I fell asleep twice! I don't think I have ever been SO relaxed!!!
