Tasting at Cicada

Last night Mike and I were accompanied by our mothers, for a delicious tasting at Cicada. Before we select our menu for the reception, we had a chance to try a variety of hors d'oeuvres, pastas, salads, and main entrees. Each course came with a pairing of champagne or wine. It was such a fun evening! I am so glad that we had the chance to share it with our moms :)



Tasting the eight hors d'oeuvres was my favorite part! This one was quite a hit, Guacamole with shrimp on a polenta chip...
